Upon successful OTP validation, the system extracts the verified Name, Gender, Date of Birth, Address, and Aadhaar Profile Photograph. This matches exactly with database registries, reducing fake ID opportunities.

If the guest does not have their mobile number linked to Aadhaar, the hotel manager has a fallback option in the SmarteCheckin dashboard to perform a manual document scan upload (such as Aadhaar Card, Driving License, or Passport photocopy) along with front-desk camera logs.
